Reported flooding on I-80. Radar imagery and traffic webcameras suggests combination of heavy rain and small, accumulating hail.

The wider storm

A cold front pushed south across the area resulting in widely scattered severe thunderstorms over western Nebraska during the evening and late evening hours. Mostly strong gusty winds were reported along with small hail. A landspout tornado was also reported earlier in the afternoon.
