Four WYDOT sites reported wind gusts over 58 MPH for multiple hours. Peak gust of 67 MPH observed at Halleck Ridge.

The wider storm

Several rare June high wind events occurred in the wind prone areas of southeast Wyoming during the second week of June. This was the first event which produced gusts as high as 67 MPH along Interstate 80.
