The I-15 at MP 215 Lampson Canyon mesonet station recorded a wind gust of 58 mph as a result of outflow winds associated with a nearby cluster of showers and thunderstorms moving through the area.

A largely cutoff shortwave low ejected through Utah late in June, resulting in isolated instances of severe wind gusts associated with convection.
