What the National Weather Service wrote

The Appling County 911 call center reported trees were down near the south end of Appling County near Bill Morris Rd and Satilla Church Rd. Time was estimated from Radar.

The wider storm

A frontal boundary dropping southward on the 19th of June, combined with both weak upper level support with a mid level trough of low pressure and remnant moisture from Post Tropical Cyclone Arthur moving across the area from the Gulf Coast, resulted in widespread showers and thunderstorms across the JAX CWA. Isolated thunderstorm damage occurred, however the primary impacts to the region was areas of flooding due to very heavy rainfall.

Began near Baxley Muni Arpt (31.6328, -82.3662).
