A slow steady snow accumulated across the north central mountains eastward to communities on the east slopes of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. Amounts ranged from 6 and 12 inches between Chama and Cuba to 5 and 10 inches at Red River and Angel Fire then south over the mountain peaks between Santa Fe and Las Vegas.
