Video showed fast moving water under 1 foot deep but over the sidewalks on Dyer near Broaddus Avenue. Around 1 inch of rain was reported in this area.

The dryline pushed to about the Rio Grande Valley while a subtle upper level disturbance moved through southwest flow helping to produce severe thunderstorms and flash flooding. Many locations across El Paso reported over 1 inch of rainfall with the thunderstorms.
