Multiple roads were flooded in Breaux Bridge and Cecelia and some were impassable with cars stalled. Water also briefly entered Saint Martin Hospital in Breaux Bridge.

Diurnal convection interacted with a very moist atmosphere across portions of Louisiana. These slow moving storms produced flooding and a report of damage.
