Drought in Knox, Texas

Drought June 1, 2026 – June 2, 2026 · Knox, Texas

The wider storm

Most locations saw a dry start and middle of the month before more numerous convective systems impacted parts of the area toward the end of the month. This was especially true across far north-central Oklahoma and near the Red River. As a result, severe (or worse) drought persisted during the month, with some general category improvement towards the last days of the month.
