Severe thunderstorm outflow wind gusts downed a large tree in front from apartment complex, in addition to smaller trees uprooted nearby in Augusta.

On June 28th a weak upper level shortwave interacted with modest shear and CAPE to create enough energy to trigger a few isolated thunderstorms. One area of storms across central Maine, grew stronger enough for isolated severe hail and wind gusts.
