Public shared a video of a funnel cloud east of Sweet Home, OR approximately 2 miles SW of Foster Reservoir. This funnel cloud was associated with a strong rain shower.

The wider storm

A closed upper-level low pressure system moved overhead leading to increased afternoon instability and showers/thunderstorms. These showers had the potential to produce a cold air funnel cloud.
