Event narrative

Trained spotters reported four to fives inches of snow around the Rogerson area and six to nine inches of snow were measured in the mountains at the Magic Mountain and Wilson Creek Snotels.

Wider weather episode

An early season storm system moved through Southeast Oregon and most of southern Idaho creating windy and snowy conditions over the area. Parts of the Western Magic Valley and Southern Twin Falls County received four to five inches of snow in the valleys and up to nine inches in the mountains.
