An arctic front brought heavy snow and much below normal temperatures. Snowfall in inches included 7 miles north northwest of Easton(10), Easton(8), Touchet SnoTel(14), 10 miles east of Walla Walla(10.5), 2 miles southeast of Dayton(8), 3 miles northeast of College Place(4).
