Public reported a waterspout off the northwest coast of Puerto Rico, close to the municipality of Isabela.

Ample moisture on the east side of a low level trough produced sufficient moisture and instability which produced favorable conditions for waterspout development.

Began near Jobos Beach (18.5268, -67.0307).
