Event narrative

Four inches of snow fell in the lower Columbia region of northwest Oregon.

This snowfall combined with accumulations from the previous few days resulted in a roof collapse at two boat marinas, that resulted in one boat sinking and damage to 8 boats.

Another cold storm system brought heavy snow accumulations to northwest Oregon.
