Near zero visibility in spots along Interstate 80 due to wind gusts in excess of 65 mph and blowing snow.

Wider weather episode

Strong winds blew across fresh powderlike snow cover and produced areas of blizzard conditions in the vicinity of the southeast Wyoming mountains. Many roads including parts of Interstates 80 and 25 were closed for extended periods of time due to blowing and drifting snow.
