Light snow developed early on Saturday, December 6th, and continued through the day. Snowfall accumulations were light, generally less than an inch across the region. However, the light snow was enough to create hazardous driving conditions and icy roadways with 1 fatality reported. A man was killed when his car slid off the road, striking a tree in Richland Township. The accident occurred on Indiana 67, south and west of County Road 700 West. The accident occurred at 11:21 am on December 6th.
