Dust reduced visibilities to near zero on Highway 226 near Cash. A fatal three car accident occurred as a result. Winds were gusting to 25 knots at the time of the accident.

Strong winds created blowing dust across portions of East Arkansas during the morning of January 17th, 2009. A fatal three vehicle accident occurred as a result of the blowing dust.
