Snow combined with wind gusts around 45 mph to produce very low visibilities and some road closures due to blowing and drifting snow. Snow was estimated to be from 4 to 5 inches in Cheyenne.

A strong spring storm developed over eastern Colorado and produced snow and strong winds over far southeastern Wyoming.
