A tractor trailer was blown over 2 miles south of Plain City. The trailer was blown onto a pickup truck, whose driver died in the accident.

A cold front crossed the Ohio Valley on the evening of the 11th. A very tight pressure gradient behind this front in the cold air created damaging winds during the late evening of the 11th.
