Total snowfall from 8 to 14 inches was reported in the Cheyenne, WY area. Interstate highways 25 and 80 were closed for a time due to accidents.

A moist low pressure system over eastern Colorado produced heavy snow over southeast Wyoming, generally at elevations above 5500 feet.
