Event narrative

Snow covered roads led to a fatal traffic accident on Highway 95 near Arcadia. A Blair man was driving west on Highway 95 when he lost control of his truck coming down a hill and slid into the path of an oncoming semi truck.

Wider weather episode

Several inches of snow led to difficult driving conditions across parts of western Wisconsin during the afternoon and evening of January 12th.
