One inch hail was reported at the Plush store. The thunderstorm also had heavy rain and gusty winds. Hail covered the ground. Debris flows occurred on State Highway 140 west of Adel, covering the road in six places along a one mile stretch.

Scattered thunderstorms developed during the afternoon and evening of this day. Some of these thunderstorms dropped large hail on the area.
