Event narrative
Heavy rainfall resulted in a flash flood with a large amount of mud that flowed across Highway 133. When the flooding stopped, it left a deposit of mud on the Highway up to 4 feet deep. The highway was opened to traffic within two hours after the flash flooding ended.
