A large tree was reported downed by thunderstorm winds.
Wider weather episode
A moderately unstable air mass and seasonably strong mid-level shear helped to produce widespread multicellular storms beginning in the early afternoon of June 3rd. The storms began primarily as hail-makers but later in the day transitioned to damaging winds across a fairly wide area.
