A mature waterspout was observed three miles south of Layton. The waterspout developed near the west end of a convective cloud line south of the Upper Florida Keys.

A convective cloud line extending west to east south of the Upper Florida Keys produced a waterspout.

Began near Islamorada (24.7800, -80.8100).
