Thunderstorms developing along an outflow boundary moving southeast off mainland south Florida collided with pre-existing thunderstorms in the Atlantic waters southeast of the Upper Florida Keys. Gale force wind gusts were observed in the Atlantic waters in association with these thunderstorms.
