What the National Weather Service wrote

Public reported a waterspout 4 miles east-northeast of Pensacola Beach on the back bay. Radar indicated the shower producing the waterspout was moving northeast at 15 knots.

The wider storm

Several waterspouts were reported around the Mobile Bay area and just off the western Florida Panhandle. These mostly occurred within a few miles of the coastline and over near shore bays.

Began near Pensacola Beach Pier (30.3534, -87.1058).
