USGS River Guanajibo sensor near Hormigueros exceeded the flood stage of 20 feet. Cars were reported stranded along road 114 due to flooding.

Heavy afternoon showers led to flash flooding along the Guanajibo river during the early evening as the remnants of a weak cold front approached the island.
