Urban flooding of Barrio Borinquen, El Cobo sector, roads 407 and 467, and Barrio Camaseyes was reported in Aguadilla. Around 33 homes were reported flooded due to the heavy rains. Aguadilla Emergency Manegement rain gauge recorded 2 inches during the event.

Fairly light winds allowed for locally heavy showers to develop over the northwest section of Puerto Rico during the afternoon.
