One vehicle stalled as it attempted drive through road 114 which was reported flooded from Mayaguez to San German.

Wider weather episode

A low level disturbance located over eastern Puerto Rico allowed for mid afternoon showers and isolated thunderstorms to develop along the west and west interior. Some of these showers produced heavy rain and urban and small stream flooding near Mayaguez through the early evening.
