A commercial fisherman reported an unsually nighttime waterspout about one mile south of Key West. The waterspout dissipated in less than ten minutes while slowly drifting north.

A rare nighttime waterspout was observed near Key West as showers developed along cloud lines near the Lower Florida Keys.
