Pacific low pressure moved southeast from the Great Basin through Colorado, bringing dynamically driven snow followed by localized upslope enhancement as the low deepened over Colorado. Snowfall of 18 inches occurred on Casper Mountain and up to a foot fell in the higher elevations south of Rock Springs around Quaking Aspen Mountain. Reports of five to seven inches of snow were received from near the Granite Mountains in Fremont and Natrona counties.
