Event narrative

A waterspout was observed as a condensation funnel extending halfway down from cloud base to the water surface about 6 miles southeast of Tea Table Key. The waterspout moved slowly toward the southwest.

Wider weather episode

A small cluster of moderate intensity rain showers developed in the nearshore Atlantic waters along the Upper Florida Keys. Two waterspouts were observed.
