A short-lived waterspout was observed 3 miles southeast of Key West. The visible funnel cloud extended a quarter of the way to the sea surface with no visible spray ring.

Cumulus congestus cloud lines along the Lower Florida Keys produced several waterspouts in the nearshore waters.
