A well-developed waterspout was observed 5 miles south-southwest of Key West. The visible funnel cloud extended all the way to the sea surfce with a visible spray ring.

Cumulus congestus cloud lines along the Lower Florida Keys produced several waterspouts in the nearshore waters.
