A waterspout was observed 2 miles northwest of Key West. The visible funnel extended half way down from the cloud base, was thin in width, without any spray ring observed.
The wider storm
Cumulus congestus cloud lines along the Lower Florida Keys produced several waterspouts in the nearshore waters.
Began near Key West (24.6040, -81.8330).
