Drought — Mackinac, Michigan
2010-06-01 to 2010-06-28 · Mackinac, Michigan
Wider weather episode
Severe drought conditions continued into June in Eastern Upper Michigan. See the May 2010 Storm Data for a discussion of the dry conditions of the first five months of the year. Thankfully, June would turn out to be a wet month, with Sault Ste Marie picking up well over five inches of rain. Drought conditions eased, and by the end of the month, Eastern Upper Michigan was no longer considered to be in a severe drought.
