A waterspout was observed on Florida Bay from near the 102 Mile Marker in Key Largo. The funnel was visible all the way from cloud base to water surface, and became obscured by heavy rainfall.

A waterspout developed in association with rains showers in the Florida Bay waters just north of Key Largo.
