Event narrative

Two separate heavy rain events, one on the 4th and one on the 7th, caused ponding of water to more than one foot deep at the Ideal Mobile Home Park. Other areas of Fallon had periodic standing water and minor flooding, some due to poor drainage.

Low pressure remained over central and southern CA for several days bringing periods of thunderstorms with heavy rain for western NV.
