A weather disturbance produced a quick 4 to 8 inches of snow across the central mountains and Upper Arkansas Valley and the higher terrain of the Pikes Peak Region. Leadville picked up around 4 inches of snow, as did areas around Florissant in Teller County. Buena Vista, in Chaffee County recorded 3 inches of new snow.
