A strong pressure gradient produced high winds over southeast Wyoming especially over and adjacent to the South Laramie Range. Gusts of 70 to 80 mph were recorded, resulting in an injury to a truck driver when his tractor-trailer truck was blown over on Interstate 25 southwest of Cheyenne, Wy.
