The spotter at Grashmere reported 5 inches of new snow with 4 to 5 foot drifts and white out conditions at times.

Wider weather episode

A deep low pressure system barreling out of Canada brought blizzard conditions to parts of Southwest Idaho with over a foot of snow and drifts to 6 feet in some areas.
