The combination of arctic air and a strong Pacific disturbance caused snow...heavy at times...to impact portions of the I-25 corridor and Arkansas Valley. Some of the higher snow totals include 6 to 8 inches near Pueblo West (Pueblo County) and around Penrose...Florence...and Canon City (Fremont County)...9 inches in the vicinity of Beulah and 12 inches near Rye (Pueblo County).
