Widespread snowfall amounts of 5 to 9 inches fell across the county.

Wider weather episode

An area of low pressure tracked across the central United States and into

the Ohio Valley during the early morning hours of February 21st. Snow associated

with a warm frontal boundary stretched across the Ohio Valley into the Mid-Atlantic

moved into northeast Pennsylvania late on the evening of February 20th.
