Cold air combined with significant moisture to bring widespread snow to northeast Pennsylvania during the morning hours of March 23rd. Storm total snowfall ranged from 5 to 10 inches, with a foot of snow falling in the higher terrain of western Bradford County in northeast Pennsylvania.
