Calcasieu Pass Tide Gauge measured a peak wind gust of 40 mph, along with a peak tide level of 3.46 feet MLLW after a sharp 1.63 foot rise in 40 minutes. Minor coastal flooding resulted.

An MCS moving across the northwest Gulf of Mexico caused high tide levels along the coast and several strong wind gusts on offshore oil rigs.
