Trees down along Highway 47 to the town of Zoar. Trees also down on the north side of Legend Lake.
Wider weather episode
Very strong southerly winds brought a warm and unstable airmass into Wisconsin. A strong cold front plowed into this warm and unstable airmass to produce severe thunderstorms across Northeast Wisconsin. Wind gusts ranged from 37 mph to 65 mph during the event.
