A wind gust of 41 knots was measured at Pulaski Shoal Light, located approximately 8 miles east northeast of Fort Jefferson National Monument.

A convective squall line in advance of a pre-frontral trough produce numerous gale-force wind gusts throughout the Florida Keys. Prior to the passage of the squall line, cumulus cloud lines developed in advance in the unstable airmass over the Florida Keys. A non-supercell waterspout was observed.
