A waterspout was observed one mile north of Big Pine Key. The visible funnel cloud extended to the water surface.

A towering cumulus cloud line developed during the late afternoon hours of June 13th, producing showers and a couple waterspouts in the Gulf of Mexico nearshore waters just north of Big Pine Key.
