Rio Manati was reported out of its banks at Highway 2 between the municipalities of Barceloneta and Manati.

Broad low pressure across the southwest Caribbean Sea produced a south to southwest wind transporting ample moisture across the local area. This led to periods of heavy rainfall across the region.
